After reviewing and publishing Sandy's articles for our forum and newsletter for 3 years, we had occassion to use Sandy's services ourselves when we recently decided to sell our home.   Now to be honest, we had an inside track as we have used Sandy's services to assist our listing clients in the past, so the results were no big surprise. 

In about 3 hours Sandy gave us tips and advice that took our home and made it more attractive to potential buyers.  Yup, she made me paint a couple of rooms, but most of it was simply rearranging what was already there so the cost was minimal.   While our home was already very well decorated thanks to my wife, Deb, Sandy's tweaking took it to another level for showing.  

Result?   We had two contracts (one full price) from the first four tours, and under contract within four days at a "very acceptable" offer.

Bottom line:  Price your home correctly, hire the right Realtor (VR SAM comes to mind), and call Sandy!
