Shannon, there is an assumption that it costs too much, however, we believe that it could be cost neutral all things considered. We proposed such a program over 3 years ago. The original proposal is on the following link to this forum.

| This is a good article. I was shocked to see that the top area of foreclosures near a base was Columbia, SC. WOW! I like the idea of a buyout program from the DoD. I don't understand why the military doesn't offer something like that. |
