I hoping that the HAP program will be the answer to our prayers in terms of getting rid of our Portsmouth, VA  house that we purchased in 2006.  My husband received orders in May to transfer to DC.  I would love to find a realtor who is very experienced with HAP to help us through the process.  I don't want to try to navigate the system alone then lose out because we didn't understand every nuance or fine print!  Does anyone have a recommendation for a realtor who knows their way around the HAP system?
