I have been talking to Contrywide/BK of America Mortgage to help me in a loan modification/rate reduction loan and keep my 22 years and 5 month's that I have paid into this mortgage since Oct. of 2008 . They keep giving me the run around I have been in contact with Sen Robert Menendez, Sen. Frank Lautenberg and Congressman Donald Payne's Newark, NJ offices and they are trying to help. Felix,
I have reread your post a couple of times and very sorry to hear of your circumstances. Frankly, I can't think of anymore you can do except keep the pressure on your elected officials. Wish we had some secret to make all of this go away, but we don't.
While I am most sympathetic with everyone, especially vets in this circumstance, we have a stronger argument for those actually forced to move incident to PCS. I am thinking your best strategy is to keep doing what you are doing with elected officials and the VA.
