Why do property management companies charge leasing commissions and how are these different from management fees?

Management fees pay your property manager for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing your rental property. Leasing commissions are offered as an incentive to get your property marketed and conduct showings. The goal is to maximize exposure for your property and encourage agents to bring qualified tenants to your home. This is accomplished by offering a leasing commission to the agents who market the property.

You will not pay TAG Home a "Commission or Management fee" until we place a tenant in your property! We will also pay for all advertising of you property from our commissions.

Please contact TAG Home with any questions you may have! We are always here to help!
