I'm not sure this is the forum or what the "military friendly realtors" section was established for, but I do want to let anyone who is moving into or out of the Las Vegas area to know of a wonderful realtor named Natasha Kattau who loves to work with military families and has helped us immensely with navigating the real estate market. She is also keeping a close eye on legislation re: the recent stimulus bill and what that will mean for military families.
